Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analyses service of Google Inc. (following: Google).
Google Analytics uses so-called “Cookies”, as well as text files stored on your computer, enabling you to analyze the performance of your website. The information about your website performance generated by the Cookie is usually transferred to a Google server located in the USA and stored there. However, activating the IP-Anonymization of these websites results in the prior abbreviation of your IP-address by Google, in member states of the European Union or other contract states. Only in exceptional cases the complete IP-address will be transferred to a server located in the U.S.A. and abbreviated there. On behalf of the operator of the website, Google will use this information to analyze the performance of your website, compile reports about the webpage activities, in order to be able to offer more services for the utilization of the website and the internet. The IP-address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

The purposes of data processing are based on evaluating the performance of the website and compiling reports about webpage activities. Based on the utilization of the website and the internet additional services could be provided. Processing happens on behalf of the website operator.

You can prevent storage of the Cookies by using an appropriate setting. However, we must inform you, that you may not be able to fully utilize all of your website functions in this case. In addition, you can prevent the compilation of data generated by the Cookie, while processing the data received on your website (incl. your IP-address), by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under following link:

Browser add-on for deactivation of Google Analytics.

In addition, or as an alternative to the browser add-on, you can prevent tracking by Google Analytics on our pages by clicking the control button at the end of this paragraph. Thereby an opt-out Cookie will be installed on your computer. This prevents the capture by Google Analytics for this website and for this browser in the future, as long as the Cookie remains installed in your browser.

Use of script libraries (Google Webfonts)

In order to illustrate our contents correctly and graphically appealing, regardless of the browser applied, we use script libraries and font libraries, for example Google Webfonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/). Google Webfonts are transferred to your browser cache to avoid multiple loading. If the browser does not support Google Webfonts or prevents access, the contents will be illustrated in standard font.

The selection of script libraries or font libraries automatically establishes a connection to the server of the library. Thereby it is theoretically possible – at this time also unclear and for what purpose – that servers of libraries gather data.

Please find the Data Protection Policy for the Google library server here:
https://policies.google.com/privacy

Use of Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps API to visually display geographical information. While the visitor is using map functions provided by Google Maps, this data is collected, processed and utilized by Google. Detailed information concerning data processing by Google is provided by the Google data protection statement . You can also change your personal data protection settings at their data protection center.

Detailed information about data management of your personal data when using Google products you can find here.

Imbedded YouTube videos

Some of our websites are imbedded with YouTube videos. Carrier of the corresponding plug-ins is YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. While visiting a website equipped with the YouTube plug-in, a connection with YouTube servers is established. Thereby YouTube is informed about the pages you are visiting. When you are logged in your YouTube account, YouTube is able to assign your YouTube behavior to you personally. This can be prevented by logging out of your YouTube account beforehand.

While a YouTube video is started the server collects information about user behavior by activating Cookies.

You don’t have to expect Cookies while watching YouTube videos, if you have deactivated the Google-Ad-Program responsible for saving Cookies. However, YouTube also files nonpersonal user information in other Cookies. You can prevent this from happening by blocking the saving of Cookies in the browser.

Please find further information regarding data protection offered by “YouTube” at: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/

Google AdWords

Our website applies Google Conversion Tracking. If you arrived at our website via a Google advertisement, Google AdWords will install a Cookie on your computer. If a user clicks on a Google advertisement, the Cookie for Conversion Tracking is activated. These Cookies lose validity after 30 days and do not serve for personal identification. If the user is visiting certain pages on our website and the Cookie has not expired, we are able to recognize, that the user clicked on the advertisement and was transferred to that page. Every Google AdWords customer gets a different Cookie. Thereby Cookies cannot be tracked back to the websites of AdWords customers. The information gathered with the help of Conversion Cookies serves to compile statistics for AdWords customers, who opted for Conversion Tracking. Customers find out the number of users that clicked on their advertisement and forwarded to a page provided with a Conversion Tracking tag. However, they do not receive any of the user’s personal identification information.

If you do not want to be tracked, you can refuse the installation of a Cookie – for example via browser setting, thereby automatically deactivating the installation of Cookies, or setting the browser to block Cookies from the domain “googleleadservices.com”.

Please note that you should not delete the opt-out Cookies, as long as you don’t want to record measured data. When all your Cookies in the browser are deleted, the individual opt-out Cookie has to be placed again.

If you are registered with a Facebook service, Facebook can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Facebook or have not logged in, there is a possibility that the provider will learn and store your IP address and other identifiers.

With the help of the Facebook pixel, we would like to ensure that our Facebook ads correspond to the potential interest of the users and do not have a harassing effect. Furthermore, with the help of the Facebook pixel, we can track the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical purposes by seeing whether users were redirected to our website after clicking on a Facebook ad.
