Siegmund Platform System

The Siegmund platform system simplifies working with very large or heavy components. When assembled, a structured and precise work surface of any size is created. The platforms have a grid of boreholes and grid lines for maximum flexibility and accuracy. The platform system can be installed precisely underfloor as well as above-floor and expanded at any time.

Table with legs Above-floor (Option A)

  • Above-floor
  • easy to expand with system tables
  • Table size: 2000x1000 – 4000x2000 mm
  • Table side height 100-200 mm
  • Platform height: table side height + table leg height 100-800 mm + adjustment range
  • Boreholes on the surface 100x100 mm grid

Table Legs

For Platform System A table legs from the Siegmund System are used. We recommend a minimum table leg height of 100 mm up to 800 mm. Further table leg heights upon request.

Table Connection

If accessable, the tables are connected with Connecting Bolts (Item No. 280560.N).

Cover Caps top

To avoid grime, the boreholes can be closed with cover caps (Item No. 280238.1).

Tables with adjustable legs Above-floor (Option B)

  • Table size: 2000x1000 – 4000x2000 mm
  • Table side height 100-200 mm
  • Platform height: Table side height + adjustment range 50-100 mm
  • Boreholes on the surface 100x100 mm grid

Height adjustment

The assembly borehole enables access to the base plate, where the leg for the Platform System is screwed onto. Aided by special tools the height is precisely aligned and secured with a locknut.

for leg adjustment

To avoid grime, we recommend closing the boreholes with cover caps (Item No. 280238.4).

To avoid grime, the boreholes can be closed with cover caps (Item No. 280238.1).

Panels Above-floor (Option C)

  • less expensive option
  • Size of plate: 2000x1000 – 3000x1500 mm
  • Floor panel thickness ≥ 40 mm
  • Platform height: Floor panel thickness + adjustment range 0-40 mm
  • Boreholes on the surface 100x100 mm grid

Floor anchoring

Platform C is aligned with set screws through special thread holes. The platform is anchored and bolted in the floor with dowels.

Flatness

By symmetrically arranging the adjustments precise levelness is achieved.

Panels Underfloor (Option D)

  • Underfloor
  • extremely high stability is achieved by concreting after installation
  • recommended for high superimposed loads based on high stability
  • Size of plate: 2000x1000 – 3000x1500 mm
  • Floor panel thickness ≥ 40 mm
  • Platform height: ground-level
  • Boreholes on the surface 100x100 mm grid

Floor anchoring

Platform C is aligned with set screws through special thread holes. The platform is anchored and bolted in the floor with dowels.

Flatness

To avoid dirt, the top of the boreholes can be closed with cover caps (Item No. 280238.1).

If it is concreted after installation, cover caps are also required on the underside (Item No. 280239).
