Performance Promise:
The Siegmund Express Guarantee ensures exceptionally fast processing and availability of your order for collection:
Pickup: Your ordered goods will be ready for pickup at Siegmund in Oberottmarshausen (Germany) within 2 working days after order receipt.
Note: For the purpose of the Siegmund Express Guarantee, working days are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding public holidays in Bavaria).
Guarantee Performance in Case of Non-Compliance:
If the above-mentioned promise is not fulfilled, you will receive a 200 € net voucher for your next order. The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. It will be automatically applied to your next order. The voucher is valid only once per affected order.
Conditions for Claiming the Guarantee:
The guarantee is only valid for pickups within the member states of the European Union. The starting point for the deadline is the order receipt date at Siegmund, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding public holidays in Bavaria). The Express Guarantee applies only to in-stock standard items. Custom-made products, personalized items, and project-specific special solutions are excluded. The guarantee applies only when complete and correct order and delivery details are provided and when payment is received early if prepayment has been agreed.
Exceptions to the Guarantee:
The guarantee does not apply in case of delays caused by:
Force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest). Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer. Payment delays in case of advance payment. Delay due to decision of Allianz Trade Credit Insurance. Unexpected shortages with third-party suppliers. Phone notification / appointment scheduling.
Claiming the Guarantee:
The guarantee must be claimed in writing within 14 calendar days after the deadline has passed. Please include your order number and a brief explanation. Claims should be sent via email to: sales@siegmund.com
Additional Information:
The Siegmund Express Guarantee is a voluntary service promise and does not establish any legal entitlement. Siegmund reserves the right to modify or revoke the guarantee at any time. Orders already placed are not affected.
