At the heart of the trade fair presentation are the proven Siegmund welding tables, which have sold over 100.000 times and are among the world's leading clamping and working platforms in the field of welding technology. They are an indispensable tool for industry, trade, and automated production. The welding tables impress with their highest quality and absolute precision, enabling precise clamping of components as well as ergonomic and efficient work. Their longevity and resilience are the result of standardized plasma nitriding combined with the specially developed tool steel grades X8.7 and X8.8 by Siegmund. The trade fair exhibits all showcase a wide variety of setups, application possibilities, and adaptations. Visitors can test the systems directly on site.
How seamlessly automation can be implemented on a Siegmund welding table is demonstrated by an application example featuring the use of a cobot and rotating welding tables. Integration is achieved via standardized interfaces, enabling the rotating welding tables to be precisely integrated into and controlled within existing systems. This solution is a clear demonstration of the efficiency, versatility, and future-proof design of Siegmund systems.
As an additional highlight, Siegmund will present its modular laser welding cell, specially developed for manual laser welding and laser cleaning in the wavelength range of 940–1090 nm. The cell offers a complete safety concept to protect against scattered radiation and reflections. Thanks to pre-assembled side elements and a well-thought-out design, it is ready for operation in no time and meets the requirements for safe and flexible laser processing in industrial applications.
