Stability, durability and functionality characterize our plasma-nitrided high-precision steel plates. These extremely robust plates withstand high loads and temperature variations without deforming. The machining of the boreholes is carried out in highly precise drilling and milling centers and is not cheap laser processing.

Our unique plasma nitriding process creates a scratch-resistant, corrosion-resistant and resilient surface that is protected against damage from tools or workpieces.

¹ Plasma nitriding is a thermochemical diffusion process for surface layer hardening. The surface layer of a workpiece or component is enriched with nitrogen, which forms a wear and corrosion protection layer on the component surface and in the area close to the surface. The manufacturing process takes place under vacuum at around 500 degrees Celsius. In conjunction with additional production steps, we achieve a nearly distortion-free product.
